The staff need training, in a hot weather country like
Ghana you expect the client at least the air conditioning on to cool the room a bit before your arrival. The room was stuffy and hot, and they kept apologizing which was quite annoying. Overall, the cleanliness was just ok.

i had a great time at this hotel during my stopover in accra. the staff were super friendly, and my deluxe king room was spacious and clean. breakfast was fantastic with fresh omelets and lots of local options, which exceeded my expectations from previous stays in the area.
the air conditioning wasn't working well.

The outdoor swimming pool is such a vibe, perfect for lounging with a cocktail! I loved the live entertainment that created a cozy atmosphere during my stay. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety, including freshly made omelets that made each morning good.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided prompt assistance with setting up my presentation equipment. The toilet being separate from the bathroom was somewhat inconvenient.
